"I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. I have no hesitation in recommending it."

"Reception staff were tepid. Minimal directions given to find room. Room very clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately the bed was too hard. The pillows also, so I ended up trying to sleep without them. To my dismay there was a sound like a plane trying to take off throughout the night. "Staff OK ,shops non-stop nearby"

"Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)"

"Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too."
