"Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. "Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place."

"Limited breakfast, no cleaning was done, no proper towel change, everything was provided for only one person and there was two of us, had to pay for extra water which was disappointing."

"We were skeptical of the low-contact management of this property, but the communication ahead of time was more than sufficient and everything was just as the property manager said it would be. The room was very spacious, with a large, modern bathroom and our room and the common areas were clean and well-maintained."
