"We recently stayed at Hotel Beló for 5 days, 4 nights. The property is beautiful, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You can tell the hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. We had to move rooms three different times because the air conditioning was not working properly. "While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again."

"Staff at the property were lovely! You sort of get what you pay for, it’s nice they’ve made the effort to modernise the property but you can tell it’s still a little worn. But as mentioned you get what you pay for. One down side was the water ran really low on our last night, only to wake up the following morning with the toilet not flushing and no water coming out of any taps. I had to use a water bottle to get water out of the pool so the toilet would flush. "
