"This is my fourth stay at this complex, which says it all. Each time it excels in every way starting with a warm welcome, beautiful clean tidy and spacious room, great food, a swimming pool to die for (all quite shallow and child friendly) along with another pool, good entertainment both for kids and adults. "Very convenient if arriving by train. The room was spacious with a small kitchen & all you need for preparing food/snacks. The king bed was very comfy & it was helpful to have a/c in both rooms. Soho tends to be quieter at night than other parts of Malaga. A few things weee out of order like the gym & internet but we needed neither. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel."

"We did a two weeks vacation in Spain, and by far this is the most expensive hotel in the trip I had booked. The pool area and the hotel lobby is really nice and very well maintained. However, the staff are not helpful, at times not nice to converse with. Also VIP access is nothing on this hotel, they do not offer anything special for you. Also no amenities in the room. No shower caps, no boxed tissue, no slippers, no iron. Nothing at all. The facility seems like a time share hotel."

"It is a great hotel with lots of features - roof top pool, sauna and pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathroom needs updating- dirty shower curtain. Pool area is good with lots of sun loungers but the music is too loud, impossible to listen to your own music. Friendly staff, would stay again."

"We only stayed overnight as it was near the airport after touring southern Spain. The Hotel was good with a nice breakfast (which they let us in early due to the flight time) and the room had a distant sea view which was nice. Parking was a bit of an issue to start with and as to be expected it was a bit noisy due to other guests, but it served our purpose well."

"Exceptional Service at the Hard Rock Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella and I just had to leave a review to recognize two absolute standouts on the staff: Baya and Tyler. They truly made my stay unforgettable with their incredible customer service and patience. Baya was an absolute delight at the breakfast desk every single morning. No matter how busy it got, she greeted everyone with the most radiant, genuine smile. Starting the day with her warm energy set the perfect tone for my mornings. Tyler was equally amazing, constantly looking for ways to go above and beyond. His attentiveness and proactive attitude did not go unnoticed—he genuinely cares about the guest experience and it shows. Both of them demonstrated so much patience and a true passion for hospitality. It’s rare to find staff members this dedicated, and they are a massive asset to the Hard Rock team. Thank you, Baya and Tyler, for taking such great care of me! I can't wait to return."
