"The hotel did not disappoint. Glad we chose a room with a balcony. There are only 8 rooms and the staff was super attentive. The location was amazing and super glad we spent 3 nights in Rome at the end of our trip. Thanks!!!"

"Lovely little hotel, brilliant location"

"Great location. Apartment itself is large and a little office like. Doesn't smell great. Can't leave your bags in building but need to go to a nearby public storage. Not a lot of hot water."

"The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Location is fantastic, with many shops, restaurants, and sights."

"Le personnel très accueillant et prêt à aider et à donner suggestions sur déplacement et endroits à découvrir!!!"

"I don’t know if this property can be classified as a hotel. It’s a hallway in an unmarked building that has been divided into rooms with a bathroom built into the middle of each room. I don’t know how the word luxury got associated with this property. It is not luxurious nor a boutique hotel. The breakfast is mediocre at best, eaten in a mediocre room. The location is excellent, however. And, the staff are lovely."

"This property was well maintained and nicely decorated. In our apartment there was a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided and all essential cooking equipment. The location was in a quiet residential area and within walking distance of the Vatican, Coloseum, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other attractions. The host Stefano was exceptional. He gave us a map and told us of places to eat and see. Another very important factor is it is close to the bus stop that takes you directly to the...

"Air conditioning working well. Marvin was very welcoming and the room was clean."

"The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The room was clean and the price was reasonable for a good location in Rome."

"The location is superb! Walking distance to everything Rome has to offer. Room clean, private terrace up top to finish the evening. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Everything was great, would definitely recommend. Would also recommend guest bring their own shampoo, conditioner and a kettle… I liked it so much that this didn’t play into my review. Although they should fix this."

"this hotel is located very near to castle sant' Angelo and Vatican. there lots of minimart and food nearby. very nice and helpful staff. the room is clean, wifi is good. but room is so smaller than in picture"

"Excellent location and very wonderful experience right in the heart of beautiful Rome !! The very clean room had very high ceilings with beautifully preserved and illuminated wood beams and exposed wall stuccos from a gone by era !! The view of The Piazza Campo Di Fiori was extraordinary and the soundproof windows kept the room very quiet. It was so interesting to experience how the Piazza was quietly transformed daily at sunset from a bustling typical Italian outdoor market, to let a variety...

"This hotel is in an excellent location and the entry process was smooth and friendly. The room was very quiet, but we intentionally picked a room that had the bedroom away from the street and the layout is a little strange because you walk upstairs from the entry door into the living room, then downstairs to the bathroom and bedroom. A reasonable trade off to ensure a quiet bedroom but slightly cumbersome. Main thing that was a surprise, I suppose because I didn't read the fine print in the...

"The room decoration and layout were simple but well done. The staff was helpful providing an ironing board and answering questions. Room cleaning was done between 9am and 1pm, which we found inconvenient at times. The bathroom had a bad smell and we had to leave the windows open. The windows opened to a dark and dirty inner courtyard."

"Excellent location,"
