Hotels can always be a little noisy but when You allocate famalies with small children.in the rooms above single rooms it's not exceptable to be woke up at 5 am in the morning with childen stomping about on the floor and having to phone reception to complain .maybe just a thought on your part would ...

Our room was quite small and so was the ensuite. The bed was very high up! It was comfortable enough, but there was only one pillow per person. Towels in ensuite quite thin.
