"Location was on a busy main road so exiting by car was difficult at times. Car parking although off road was tight. A bit too far to walk into Salisbury for an evening meal and nothing close by was good enough. Breakfast was hot and excellent, many choices. Staff very friendly. A very distinguished property with quiet rooms, no squeaky floorboards as we have seen and heard elsewhere. A lovely place and would stay again."

"This is such a charming inn that has been around for over 800 years, which means you are in an old building with no lift and small, winding hallways. These features add to the charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable. My son slept on a sleeper sofa that had the best mattress I've ever seen on a sofa bed and the towels were the softest I've ever had. There's a nice continental breakfast and the cooked to order breakfast was delicious! We also had dinner at the restaurant one night and it too was super yummy. The location was perfect for exploring Salisbury. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Salisbury."

Room was fantastic. 1st bed I was able to sleep on in my multiple stays over the last month of travel. Just steps from the train station and shuttle provided to Stonehenge. All amenities were provided and the breakfast was excellent! I can’t recommend this place any greater than to say I will be back someday, if I am lucky."
