"Excellent location within walking distance to everything downtown. Busline out front door takes you anywhere on island. Suggest getting daypass cards for bus at information center and download app for bus times and routes. Great bus service. Hotel was great and clean. No breakfast but fruit provided. "

"Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is well located for both business and leisure, and the staff were incredible: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. That said, the hotel has limited amenities. Coffee is available, but there is no breakfast service. Toiletry products are not provided directly in the room and need to be requested. The sound insulation is also quite limited, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise."

"This is one of the best accommodations I have ever had. The Garden Suite was perfect for my ten day stay in Victoria. The location could not be better to explore downtown. Minutes to the water and 15 minute walk to Beacon Hill. The suite was super clean, well stocked, comfy bed and a view of the harbor. The management team was very attentive and a minor issue was remedied very quickly. I felt they really wanted my stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely book here again. This...

"The breakfast is basic and healthy, all you need to start the day. I completely enjoy the community feel of this hostel starting with the awesome, friendly staff, the meals, the bar/pub type area as well as the lounge. The times I’ve stayed there it’s quiet and rarely had to wait for bathroom use. It’s my fave place to stay and a great location! I’ll repeat how wonderful the staff are; kind, friendly and helpful. "
