"The building was being renovated. The lobby and elevator were dated but our hotel room floor was renovated and clean. Our room was a little small to accommodate the two queen beds and chair (little room to open the closet) but otherwise a good room."

"Room overlooked a major vehicle thoroughfare - Douglas Street - and there was much traffic noise from cars,trucks and buses, not to mention that the room also overlooked a four-way traffic stop which resulted in traffic stopping and starting. Also, an old fridge adjoining the bedroom make a loud humming noise solved by pulling out the electrical plug to stop it. The air conditioner did not work. The walls were poorly insulated - could hear footsteps and voices from the floor above from other guests moving in. The desk clerk was apologetic and offered a discount on the room charge which was appreciated."
