"Excellent location! Clean, good beds and good shower. Walkable to almost everything. Responsive to any needs right away. Appliances could use english manuals as instructions were confusing. Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. Make sure you are choosing the right apartment when booking. "

"Very well located. Reasonably priced. Excellent staff. The suite was perfect for our family of 4. Though it was one single room, the sleeping areas were divided by a large sitting area. The room had beautiful restored ceilings and Italian balconies from its life as a palacio. The staff was wonderful and the common areas full of moments of restoration. 4 minute walk to the cathedral, Giralda, the Real Alcázar and the Santa Cruz area.
