"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"We stayed in one of the suites. It was large, clean and very comfortable. The furniture is a little bit dated but very clean and well maintained. Everything else made up for that small detail. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My only comments are as follows: 1.Please provide better in room coffee pods. That coffee was pretty bad. "Sin ningún tipo de reclamo. Todo estuvo perfecto"

On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...
