"The Rosewood is one of those special hotels that I will never forget. It is elegant with thoughtful touches. We were upgraded upon arrival. Our bathroom not only had a waterfall shower with strong water pressure but a tub, a separate water closet and 2 sinks. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in with crisp, soft sheets. The staff was helpful with everything. Turn down service at night with shortbread cookies and slippers on a mat next to the bed."

"I gave this place 3 stars because one of the staff members (a lady) was neither friendly nor helpful. When I asked her a few questions, she knew I was waiting for a response, but she acted as if I wasn't there. I noticed she was much nicer to other customers, which made me wonder if she treated me differently. I don't know why, but it certainly didn't leave a good impression. On the positive side, the other two customer service staff were very helpful, and the staff member by the door kindly...
