The room was great, but that was not the highlight of the stay. It was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. It was easily the most memerable hotel stay I have every had because of how amazingly attentive and kind the staff were. Congratulations Azur, you have ruined all other hotels.

Our stay was not as comfortable as we would have expected. Several things that were annoying were the sliding doors to the bathroom that didn't fully close; the Expresso coffee maker instead of a regular coffee maker; and the automatic curtains that were either fully open or fully closed. It also took a while to figure out all the light switches. The beds were comfortable and the shower was OK, but there was no shelf to put anything on.

The hotel was in a great location. Not too close to the crowds at Canada Place, but close enough to easily walk there to enjoy what that area had to offer. The hotel was extremely nice, the rooms were terrific and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
