"I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. Truly next level hospitality in every way. I felt totally valued as a customer and I even though staying here was a splurge for me, I felt like I got a great deal! ...

"Run don't walk to the Hyatt Downtown Vancouver (formerly Shangri-La). Best concierge ever, world-class service. Food and in-room dining are great. Turndown service is amazing. The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough. I will definitely be staying here again. "

"Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel and a hotel staff member appeared out of thin air and helped us out of the taxi and collected our luggage and escorted us to check in. Wow! Our room was beautiful and modern and very clean. The bathroom was huge. The shower was amazing. The mattress was comfortable. Lol our room had a door bell. "Everything about our stay was great. Don’t expect early check in, while staff did their best to accommodate there was a ton of people requesting early check in (including myself by an hour). They will take your number and call if your room is ready early and offer the lobby while you wait. Staff was very nice. Oh and DO NOT pick anything up or move anything not just in the fridge but in the food and drink basket area above that lookalike it’s included-it’s not and they’re on sensors that...

"Perfect location. Friendly staff and very clean. Frankies restaurant downstairs is excellent as is the Jazz Club. They are currently doing renovations in the lobby which was a little inconvenient as there was limited seating "
