Comfortable and clean. Staff are very nice. Looks to have been recently painted. Shower curtain and linens all seem new. Shower soap is really good! The Inn is located right next to frontage road and traffic is heavy at times. But has a Starbucks within a short walking distance next door. Overall a good stay.

For the price the property was good. Location was convenient and parking was provided. The room could have been better maintained as it wasnโ€™t cleaned well. The entire property smelled of marijuana while we were there. Had a full landlord special as far as repairs and cleaning. Ac worked great though. All in all it was good for what I paid for. Would use again if I had to. Front staff needs some hospitality training though

Clean and comfortable, with no frills

This is a typical no-frills motel. The check in lobby was a person behind a glass panel in a lobby booth ... don't expect a "front desk" arrangement. There is no place to eat and there is no breakfast option. There is laundry facilities and an ice machine. Each room has a small microwave and a large mini-fridge, in addition to the dish satellite TV. That is it. Park outside your door. The motel is on the feeder road for the I-45 passing through north Houston so there is a lot of traffic noise. I was able to enjoy the TV during the day so it was not that bad. In the night it quieted down a bit and I used my earplugs which blocked out the old noisy AC wall unit and the traffic. The only criticism of the room was the large gap under the door due to the concave floor; could allow flattish animals to enter the room. Had to block with a towel - see photo.

Poor management! Gave us a key to a room that someone else was already staying in so we walked in on them. I was mortified. When we finally were assigned the correct room the AC unit did not work and it was miserably hot!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Last night someone fired a gun next to my room and a woman busted the window out of the room next to me. 8 police were banging on the door to get in to that room which woke me up at 3am!!! Asked to change rooms and the man LIED and said they were sold out!!!!
