"テト時期の利用はお勧め出来ません。
従業員は皆んな休みで誰も居ないので、暗証番号を使って自分でチェックイン、不備があってもメッセージでやり取りします。事前に部屋番号が知らされていたものの、部屋の鍵がなく、その部屋に行って確認すると、違う人がいました。
メッセージを入れると、「今ある鍵の部屋に入って〜、守衛人が間違えたみたい！」との返事。
部屋はタバコ臭いです。我慢できない程ではありませんが...。そして日が入って来ず、暗いです。
お風呂はバスタブにたっぷりお湯を入れられます。
テトの時期、周りの日系飲食店も閉まり倒すので、全くお勧め出来ません。

"フロントに人がいないため、チェックインが大変でした。
部屋自体は清潔で、湯船もついてます。カーテンがないですが、問題ないです。
ウォーターサーバーからはお湯が出なかったので、ケトルで沸かす必要がありました。
表通りから1歩路地に入るので、うるさくもないし、周りに日本食が豊富なため、泊まる地域としてはおすすめです。"

"お部屋が広かった。床が埃っぽかった。洗面シンクの蛇口が水にするとお湯が出て、お湯にすると水が出て、火傷しそうだった。アプリで支払い済みなのに現地でも請求され払いそうになった。場所を探しました。スミトモ9の表示が建物にはなかったので分かりにくい。
6階でしたが眺望がいまいちでした。次回は7階以上にしてほしい
