"I have stayed in this hotel since maybe 10 years ago. I nothing had changed in the 10 or so years. It is obvious that property has deteriorated and is need of repairs. tiles in showers have lost grout long time ago, wallpaper are scratched and in bed shape. as you enter into there room you are met with moldy, humid smell. there is no way to open a window, not even bit to let fresh air in. "the suite is outstanding! they have everything: cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, basically everything you need! even though there was a bit dust inside the cupboard (behind the A/C machine), its not a big deal for me"

"Do not like the 100.00 damage deposit hold that we were not told about until we were checking in. It does not show up on our receipt and when we were checking out we were told it would take 3 to 5 business days to be refunded. At check in she said it would be removed when we checked out. I think this is bad for business & don't like it at all."

"I enjoyed the stay, but the staff needs to communicate their fees better. When I checked in, I was adding 2 others to the room and needed the extra keys. The staff informed me it was a $35 one time fee. That was their words "one time fee of 35". What they neglected to say, was that it was 35 each night for the additional people. So, the total they charged me was over 200 dollars extra. Don't say it's a 'one time fee' as if it's only 35 dollars and nothing else extra. And I asked them twice,...

"Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. The hotel was very busy, yet the valet was efficient and polite. Gold floor lounge was well appointed and the staff remembered us. We also were able to make use of the complementary bicycles which were great."
