"Located right in the heart of Calgary, the Hyatt is an excellent spot for walking and dining."

"Great location for the stampede. Easy to get to the fair grounds. Very comfortable room, and view was great, would recommend bringing ear plugs, the fire station is beside the hotel and the sirens were quite loud through the night. You have to pay for parking, but it is nice to park indoors. Restaurant and coffee shop on site."

"A convenient hotel and very clean with helpful staff. The day we arrived the name was changed from Best Western to Coast which caused a few minor technology hiccups.. The room was spacious with ample storage drawers. The swimming pool was popular though we didn't use it. One negative was the restaurant on-site which was understaffed, maybe because of Canada Day, with 2 people struggling to do all the work."

"The service was not to the level we excepted for a Fairfield Marriot. Would not recommend this location given the lack of service and cleaning of rooms. We had to ask for basic things like towels and toilet paper."

"The staff and hotel were good. My complaints are the area felt very sketchy. The Macdonald’s and circle k located infront of the hotel didn’t feel safe at all. Also our air conditioning was broken. After 2 complaints they moved us. Sadly the second room on the 22nd floor was even hotter. They came and checked the air conditioner. You would have to shut it on and off to “reset” it. Sadly the reset only worked for 12 min and then it would go back to fan mode. It was horrible to try to...

"Property was amazing other than we only found out when we got there, but the pool was unavailable, but the property had made arrangements with the hotel in the parking lot for all members to use their pool and so my kids didn’t miss out"

"I booked last minute during stampede just hoping to get anything. But I was absolutely blown away by both the property itself and the amazing hospitality I was offered by the small family run BnB. She was very welcoming, showed me all around the property and I was able to pick from a couple room options that were still available, and I was welcome to any of the water and the snacks in the kitchen.
