"Very good services from hotel officers, they provided solutions and recommendation to me such as where to go for eat or sightseeing. And most appreciated case was I did late room reservation which at that time had no twin beds left. But they still can provide me good solution, then at least I got twin beds room. The hotel decoration is very nice and differentiate from other hotels nearby. Overall satisfaction is good and worth to come for visiting."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had cleaners come in everyday to make the bed and replace towels. It's in the heart of a very touristy part of the city, so you get a lot of people coming up to you to try to sell you things when walking around, but other than that had a great stay here."
