Great location

Lovely hotel, only stayed one night. Perfect location to all the restaurants and we were lucky enough to be here on a weekend when walking street is for pedestrians only, was great to walk around at night with the atmosphere Highly recommend this hotel, staff lovely and accommodating

Could not fault the staff: Always prepared to help: eg with transport bookings, directions, tours, breakfast choices. Everything was done with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for organising our tours especially when we had difficulty trying to make decisions! Our room was comfortable (appreciated the balcony) but in need of a refresh, including ensuring all light switches are working. Breakfast choices and servings plentiful. Central location made it easy to access popular tourist sites.

Fantastic service. Great breakfast. Just wish they provided a water source to refill reusable water bottles instead of having to purchase/use one-time-use bottles.

Great place to stay in Hue! The hotel is new and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is great and the location is great - you can easily walk to the Imperial Citadel from the location. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend and would also stay over Hue Serene when coming back to Vietnam. ❤️

We stayed in a triple room that had a large bathroom. The room was impeccably clean and the staff took great care to get to know our needs in the short time we were there. The concierge was immensely helpful in suggesting a sightseeing itinerary, arranging airport transfers, arranging a private driver, and helping us find what we needed. The hotel is on a quiet side street, and we quickly learned that alleys in Hue are often nicer than the main streets, with small restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay here.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service, especially the professionalism, dedication, and attentiveness of the staff, is truly five-star level. Every time I return to this hotel, it feels like coming home. The breakfast, while simple in its British style, is a delightful fusion of Western cuisine and local Vietnamese flavors. I was extremely satisfied with the combination. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The one change I would suggest is providing a large water jug for travelers to refill water bottles vs having to use one use plastic bottles. They were super helpful with booking a tour excursion to Hoi An. They helped with bags, the food was great, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Serene Palace in the ancient Nguyen kingdom of Hue is, indeed, a charming little palace of serenity. Offering convenience, personalised care and a safe, quiet 'home away from home', this little gem of a hotel is staffed by a hand-picked team of gracious, genuine people. The management team, lead by the beautiful Amy, exude professionalism and decency. Located in a quiet, quirky little lane just behind the business of Hue's night life, Serene Palace is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the jewel in Hue's crown - the ancient citadel. If you need support, advice or basic information regarding Hue's highlights and how to get around (e.g. visiting the 3 famous royal tombs), the management team will gladly help you out. The highly affordable rooms are quiet, very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the jet spa bath :) Breakfast is nutritious, hygienic and fresh. Serene Palace offered me the very best in Vietnamese graciousness and hospitality. My only regret is that I did not stay longer at Serene Palace in Hue ... 3 nights was insufficient to fully enjoy all that Hue has to offer. Thankyou to Amy and all of the Serene Palace team. Excellent stay. Super friendly staff, particularly the affable gentleman in his 30s who worked nights. Prime area of the city. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Recommended without hesitation. The transport they booked for us was cheaper than Grab and our driver had a fancy car and spoke English well.

I love the staff working there as they are very helpful and had great customer service. I don’t like room and the bed linen….they are not as cleaned. I saw stains and hair on my bed sheet. In addition, the water drain was plugged up and I see that they probably have plumbing drainage issues that they need to figure out to resolve it.

Trato exquisito por parte del personal. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque los baños necesitarían una pequeña reforma. La ubicación es fabulosa y, a pesar de estar en el centro, la calle es muy tranquila y silenciosa. Hay muchos restaurantes y locales en las inmediaciones.
