"Spacious and clean room, large tv, balcony overlooking the pool; large pool with swim up bar, 3 dining options; amazing location. Wonderful staff. This stay far exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant as I hadn't stayed AI for a few years. We were a group of 3 families with three 17 yr old seniors having their last HS spring break before they all head off to college. All inclusive for the teens to grab a bite to eat whenever they wanted was ideal and on paper, Margaritaville looked a great option. In the end, This break was perfect for them. One activity per day off site and then return to resort for an excellent steak sandwich and fries or taco was perfect! A clean pool and fantastic beach a minute from resort was amazing. The new Marina development a few mins walk away also gave us somewhere off site to have a choice if we wanted to eat or drink elsewhere. My son scuba dives and to be able to walk to OceanConnect was perfect. The hotel also arranged transportation for the 8 of us which took around 1 hour 20 mins from Liberia airport. Thanks to all at the hotel - you were wonderful. "

"The pool was the only reasonable thing about this place, and the fact that it’s close to the airport. The beds are like rocks and the pillows are the same. The bathroom was very grungy, mould in tiles and really not that clean. The AC unit barely cooled the room and there is no mini fridge. Doors and windows are poorly sealed so you can hear everything outside your room, which was especially annoying because we had a very early flight and wanted to get to sleep at a reasonable time. We could hear literally every person walking and talking outside our room. This place is in disparate need of renovations 😐!!"

"The pool is a saving grace, but this property is in disrepair. The blind fell off the window when we went to close it, the toilet bowl was leaking across the floor, and the chairs at the pool were broken. The street noise and smells made it hard to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Took over an hour to check in. The staff member couldn’t “find” our rooms and then magically found open rooms for us after 30 minutes. He then booked us on the wrong airport shuttle in the morning. Facilities are clean and new. Didn’t have time to use the pool as it was past 8pm by the time we checked in. "

"What you should know before booking: - no Wifi in the room - TV in the room is Spanish channels only - if you want certain food made at meal times, you have to make special requests and they'll do it - Airport shuttle is not free - Expedia says "Airport shuttle included," but I had to pay $70 for the shuttle back to the airport unless I purchased 3 excursions from the excursion company at the resort"

"If you have four pools you would think they have close bathrooms to the pool area.not good and to fair to walk.you had to go to the lobby or to a bldg quiet fair away to fine a bathroom.also no cover on beach know umbrellas or canapés so if you did not fine a tree you are in the sun all day.also around he pool the red tile was very hot but in some pass in white so you don’t burn your feet."
