We arrived late and there was no one to welcome us but, the communication to check in late was well organised and well managed.
We stayed in the Quadruple room, it was perfect for us. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job keeping our room clean.
We are surely looking to stay here in the future.

We did have a few issues with a taxi service and a third member of our party who didn’t exist but the way the staff handled the situation , all our problems melted away .
Practically , the hotel is in a perfect spot for exploring Rome , especially The Vatican . It is a haven of tranquility away from the hussle...
