"We had an updated room with a king bed. We were originally in a queen room that hadn’t been renovated and wasn’t nearly as nice. We thought we had booked a king and Michelle had no problem switching our room. I would come back To this room but not the original one. Traffic on Houston road was loud but it did eventually die down. I would recommend a sound machine because you are located next to the hospital. April was very friendly and kept breakfast well stocked. All the staff were very friendly and the updated room was very nice. "

"Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel staff needs better training to be more informed about Events, activities going on the area. They couldn’t give any information related to the event in the event center that is connected to the hotel. There is also a shuttle that runs to the casino but no one knew where it picked up at or the hours of operation. Train your staff so they can be informed and answer questions about events. "
