"Nice hotel and staff are amazing. "

"The carpet felt damp, and the lighting system also seemed outdated. Overall, the room felt old and not particularly well maintained or clean. When I unfolded the sofa bed, there was already a sheet on it, but it did not appear very clean and seemed as though it might have been used by a previous guest. In addition, despite our staying as a family, no proper extra blankets were provided. There was one piece of bedding available, but it looked more like a sheet intended to go underneath the sofa bed rather than a blanket to sleep under. Since the sheet already covering the sofa bed also did not look clean, I ended up sleeping without a proper blanket and used it underneath instead. The room was a Bay View room on a higher floor, which did offer a view of the water. However, at least in the late evening and at night, the view was only really visible if you stepped out onto the very narrow terrace, and it was not an environment where one could comfortably sit and enjoy the scenery. There were only two elevators, both of which were small and heavily used. We had to wait through multiple trips between the 1st and 8th floors before we were finally able to get on. Some guests were also inconsiderate and unwilling to share the elevators with others. In addition, some of the staff at the check-in counter did not seem particularly welcoming or hospitable. Since this was not an expensive hotel, perhaps it would be unreasonable to expect too much, but it was still somewhat disappointing."

"THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THEY NEED TO REPLACE THEIR BEDCOVERS SINCE THEY ARE VERY WORN. Their shuttle setvice needs improvement. On one occasion they never came around for pick up and upon leaving they were late on their schedule. THEIR BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. I WISH THEY HAD A RESTAURANT."

"Nice employees, very helpful and kind. This was the loudest room ever and we were on a high floor! We could hear the trucks outside and the planes. The air conditioning seemed to turn on over 30-40 minutes. We arrived late, and had to leave relatively early. We needed sleep and didn’t get it. "
