"Rigo, the manager, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made all the difference. Exceptional service and outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Rigo!"

"Großes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück im angeschlossenen Blue Lavender war exzellent. Durchweg ein besonders zu empfehlendes Hotel."

"A little gem! I loved the charming style and the attention given to the small details. I’d happily choose this place again."

"The floors in the room felt dirty Outside that it was fine. Volume on TV only went down to 10 which was fine but we wanted to lower the volume below 10 to be neighborly"

"Best hotel in Miami Beach for the money"

"Despite the age of the building, this was a beautiful hotel. I loved the dark, beautifully lit hallways but bright and beachy rooms. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. We asked for additional toiletries and they were brought up in less than 10 minutes. It’s a great location to the beach and the other art deco hotels. We would definitely stay here again."

"La ubicación es excelente"

"This is our go-to place when visiting Miami."

"I really wanted to like Hotel Greytone, because it had received really nice write-ups in places like Conde Nast. However, I found our stay there to be disappointing, for a few reasons that I'll share below. More disappointing than the stay itself was the fact that I shared my feedback and disappointment with the hotel management and they provided absolutely no response. So, unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel to others. In short: -We paid a significant premium for a top-tier penthouse...

"The property is beautiful but lacks in function. The coffee cups are smaller than what is brewed in their machine leading to a spill all over the counter. The tile work in the shower was left with sharp corners instead of rounded edges, one wrong move and my elbow was gashed open by it. Staff gave me a bandaid and apologized. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone on blood thinners."

"La ubicación muy conveniente y la limpieza fue de nuestro agrado"
