"Nice room. Comfortable bed. Owner and son inlaw extremely helpful when I had a issue with rental car."

"We love the property and it is not the first time we stay… Our only problem is the parking other then this problem it is a beautiful property and we will recomended to any one looking for stay in the colonial area."

"I’m a regular at the property. It’s become like Cheers where everybody knows my name. As a digital nomad, this location has what I need to conduct my business online: good Internet, connection, supportive staff, and enough restaurants to grab a quick bite in between assignments."

"Super great customer service"

"So to be fair your staying in a 500 year old building, the room is small but very cool. The property is beautiful, the history is wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only improvements I think could be made is a refrigerator in the room and more than a commercial hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, provide at least some basic soap and shampoo. Overall we had a great time here and will most likely come back."

"The room was ample and well maintained and the staff was super nice and helpful, the bar is 24h and the terrace is very enjoyable , the hotel is very well located close to many restaurants and sights"

"Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,"

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is quiet, clean, and well-organized. The pool at the back is a great place to relax — it's in a covered backyard area with a canopy, perfect for unwinding. Having the whole apartment to yourself is a big plus: you can buy groceries and cook your own meals, like breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — always available whenever I needed anything. I definitely want to come back to this place and I highly recommend it to...

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel El Conde de Peñalba! The location in the heart of the Zona Colonial was perfect, and we felt safe walking around and exploring. The staff provided excellent service, and both check-in and check-out were super fast and easy. Our room was kept clean throughout our five-day stay. We were in town for a wedding and often left personal belongings out while getting ready and heading to events. Nothing ever went missing, which gave us extra peace of mind. The café was...

"What was unique about the property was it was a very old building but beautifully updated. The staff was nice and very friendly. It was in a good location for walking around in the colonial district. Would I stay here again yes I would."

"Super clean and well kept. Super new and nice decoration."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel in general was dusty to the point that we got allergies,"
