"The staff was very nice and helpful. One night I was not felling well and they kept an eye on me so I don’t feel along. The amenities and cleanness. Convenience location, close to everything I would come back. Thanks"

"Great location. There was a little construction that started in the morning (too early), but other than that, it was great."

"Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,"

"The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly but it was hard at times to get information unless you knew to ask. Besides that overall an excellent stay. Felt very safe and was a great value."

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is quiet, clean, and well-organized. The pool at the back is a great place to relax — it's in a covered backyard area with a canopy, perfect for unwinding. Having the whole apartment to yourself is a big plus: you can buy groceries and cook your own meals, like breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — always available whenever I needed anything. I definitely want to come back to this place and I highly recommend it to...

"Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. Inside the hotel itself is quiet and tranquil, but you can hear noise from the street outside the room,...

"Stayed here for 1 night. The staff was so kind and super helpful and accommodating. The room and the overall hotel was clean, the vibe was wonderful. Close to everything, walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as the colonial park. Highly recommended Jalao restaurant just about 10 to 15 minutes of a walk from hotel."

"We checked in in the afternoon. Went out for dinner and drinks. Upon our return at the property, we noticed that our room's floor was wet. Water from the a/c unit was coming into the room. Front desk sent an employee with a mop, bucket and towel. That did not fix the problem. Front desk employee said that the hotel was fully booked and that management was no going to be available until monday. They offerd to bumb us to a lesser quality hotel. They did. Management not being available for this...

"prima hotel, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel"

"El hotel es antiguo, es bonito. El desayuno es demasiado básico. Mínima variedad."
