"The suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was good having housekeeping on day 3 and the laundry facilities were really good. The only downside was a slight lack of certain kitchen equipment e.g no bread knife or small saucepan. We had an amazing stay!"

"We are total hillbillies living for a few days beyond our means. The hotel is so classy, clean and with great views. The bathtub is in front of a western window and we bathed and watched the beautiful Australian sunset. I loved it. The staff was so accommodating. Not one nasty person and the included breakfast kept us from eating till dinner. I loved Australia and staying in Sidney in such a classy place, was a great way to conclude a month of trekking!! "

"Hi Team Shangri-La, We had a fantastic day and a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the experience was excellent. Concierge greeted us straight from our Uber and assisted with our bags, and check-in was handled brilliantly. We were able to check in early, and our luggage was already in the room before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 2612, and the harbour views were absolutely lovely. We also spoke with in-room dining. There was a small hiccup with one snack, however the bill was quickly adjusted to reflect this. Everything else we ordered was quite good, and the matter was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a really positive experience and a credit to your team. Please pass on our thanks.
