"Staff were friendly and check in and check out was easy and fast. Free ample parking on site. however you couldn’t seem to control the AC or adjust any of the settings so the room was stuffy and hot. we had to open the window to get fresh cool air in the room. there are lifts in the property however the levels are split level so you might have to take luggage up and down additional stairs after getting out of the lift. also if you accidentally turn the power off for the whole room, you will also turn off your minibar fridge which isn’t ideal if you have food in there"

"The staff was excellent. They were informatice & looking to be helpful. The hotel was emaculately cleaned. Breakfast was outstanding. I had written a request for reserved parking vía Expedia as Cortina is know to have limited parking in town center. That request got lost in communication btwn Expedia & the hotel. The staff provided me the info from Expedia. Recommend you send a message directly to the hotel to reserve a spot. The hotel staff help es me find a spot in the street."

"This beautiful old hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the Dolomites. We loved the view from the room, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The hotel is located above a small store, so you can easily find snacks, sandwiches or gelato. The only thing lacking was the ability to make coffee in our room."
