"Friendly staff, helpful, understanding, parking is nice and hidden in the back, very close and walking distance to ocean, room(s) was clean and and didn’t smell, wish they had a better fan system as they only have a small portable fan on the desk, aside from that, it’s very nice."

"We had a thoroughly satisfying stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf. The location is unbeatable—it’s just a quick walk to the Pier and very close to the cable car station. The check-in process was a highlight: parking right at the entrance was easy, and the staff member, Jenny, was incredible. After learning that we had just gotten married, she kindly upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room faced the courtyard and was exceptionally quiet. While the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are very complete and well-maintained. The parking situation was also very convenient. We loved the 'seamless' touch of being able to return our room keys right at the parking exit after checking out. A truly smooth and wonderful experience!"

"Cow Hollow Inn is a solid choice. It offers good value, in an excellent and safe location in one of San Francisco’s best neighborhoods (if you’re visiting SF, it’s much better to stay in the Marina district than to stay downtown for myriad reasons) there are excellent dining, nightlife, and shopping options nearby on Chestnut and Union Streets and it’s an easy walk to the Marina Greens, the Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc On site parking is included, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. You can get a 10% discount if you eat at Home Plate which is the restaurant next to the hotel. The restaurant is excellent. The check-in is a bit late, at 4 o’clock, so this is something to be mindful of depending upon your schedule. There’s nothing fancy in terms of room amenities, and the rooms are a little bit dated, but all and all it’s an excellent property. "

"Very dirty, the first thing I saw opening the door at 11:00 pm after check in ! A roach! A 3 pm was hearing a rats under the bathtub fighting. Difficult to park But the location is good."
