"I was concerned walking in. It looks/is old- HOWEVER-it was one of the cleaniest property i have ever stayed in- down to the baseboards. It is not fancy,yet has all you need.fridge, microwave, blow dryer and a very comfortable bed.if we return to the area, we will stay again."
"They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city."

"The location is perfect. Very clean and safe neighborhood that is in the middle of several desirable districts. But the best part of this place is the beautiful gated property. So well kept, the garden was very well manicured. The continental breakfast was adorable.
I really enjoyed the quietness of the bnb. Lastly regarding location, nightlife is very walkable but not close enough to where you hear bar activity. "

"the value for the place is really just incredible. A super reasonable price for a really solid hotel. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel but it’s easily a top option at its price point. Free parking was also a huge luxury coming from someone who drove into the city. There’s some really great restaurants and bars nearby, plus it’s close to Hot Cookie and Bob’s Donuts if you have a sweet tooth like me. This is definitely a place i’ll be returning to when the time comes."
"Would stay again. Liked the location and ease of parking. Lots of food options. Only annoyance was doors kept opening n closing with a bang till late on a Saturday night as we tried to sleep. The street parallel to Lombard is vibrant with bars"
