"I paid for two rooms for my family of four. The room my daughter and I were placed in was an accessible room for people with disabilities and the only reason I conclude this is because the bathtub and bathroom had hand handles, and there were two peep holes in the door, a second for someone in a wheelchair. The room does not qualify as a room for someone in a wheelchair because 1) person won't be able to climb into bathtub. It should be a shower that you can wheel into; 2) the door was...

"We stayed here one night before our early flight as it's 6 minutes from the airport. The hotel was extremely clean with fun decor and an extremely comfortable bed. We also appreciated the refillable water stations. It was walking distance to a few restaurants. Their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, which is extremely impressive. Highly recommended and would stay again."

"Our room was very clean and the reservation staff were very accommodating. Room was very spacious. We left before breakfast but had breakfast included in our rate- they offered to make us a breakfast bag which consisted of a sandwich, snacks and.drinks. They took our order and asked for a time. Come morning it was not ready at the time we had asked so it made us late as we waited an extra 15 mins. It was not the sandwich we had ordered and no snacks. The sandwich was quite good."

"We were very pleased with our stay at the Ashling hotel. Everything was very clean, the bed was particularly comfortable, and the towels were luxuriously thick. Their breakfast buffet had many delicious choices and there was even free ice cream available in the lobby. My only complaint was with the low capacity flushing of the toilet. I don’t think any water was saved when multiple flushing was required."

"No cart for moving the luggage to the room. We had to go back and forth a few times to bring the luggage to our room, we had help from a staff member. We were told there was only one cart and it was occupied by a guest who had his luggage on the cart for several hours. The front desk staff were reluctant to ask the guest to remove his luggage from the cart."
