"Breakfast menu was perfect. There was nothing I could have wanted for a breakfast that was not available - Juice, fruits, breads, cereals, eggs plus breakfast meat and gravy, yogurts, and to crown it all off were waffles. I could not give less that 5 stars to breakfast offerings. Also, the front desk staff were wonderful. I don't think I have stayed anywhere with a friendlier, more helpful front desk staff. They are exceptional!! The room, was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. And the security was well implemented so that I felt completely safe staying there alone. This location will be on my list anytime I need to be overnight in Kings Mountain, NC."

"Was very easy to add my pet to the stay after booking on line days before. Was an issue at check in but was resolved quickly and advised there would not be any issues later for the issue. There was a problem with the tv however they came up right then and determined it was unplugged. It worked however the channels did not match to the guide maybe due to just being plugged back in. Very friendly and would stay again."
