"Bed was comfortable. Clean room. Great breakfast. Night agent was delightful. 100% would stay again."

"Reception desk was unattended which kept three-parties waiting for over 15-miutes as we called for assistance. When the clerk did arrive, she was short with the guests and really not a pleasant person to be around. Room was noisy because of the heater/SC motor and the shower did not have hot water...the s ink did. Went to breakfast at 7AM and there wasn't much set up so it meant a walk to Waffle House for breakfast. Hall and stairwells were extremely dirty, mud and such all over, and had a foul odor. Train tracks run right behind the hotel and are very loud."
