The rooms gave us everything we needed for our Disney trip (we had premium quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children 2yo and 6yo; with connecting room to grandparents.) Free bus picks up directly outside the front door which we used everyday to get to the parks. There was a long period between 11:45-17:45 with no collection from the parks, local taxi cost €20 instead. Cleaning staff were brilliant,...

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."

"Hotel is well maintained, great if you are with kids as it has a playground where kids can play while you enjoy a drink in the outside bar. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which conveniently was open while we were there given the unprecedented heatwave. "We stayed for 3 nights a family of 10, the outside of the property is in disrepair and looks derelict. The rooms are small but clean, our ceiling leaked all over the bed due to heavy rainfall, staff was helpful and quickly gave us another room. This hotel is very basic and nothing special but we got what we paid for and did not experience any of things mentioned in other reviews. Its close to transport links and a shopping complex 10-15 mins away."

"Whats stood out for us was the price, it was a basic price for a basic room. Id personally call this a motel, our room opened into the car park which was quite advantageous for what we wanted. Staff were friendly (we were charged for a nights stay instead of nightly tax which has been a hassle but has been sorted and we do take some responsibility). I would have given 5* but the room could have been cleaner, there was someone elses t shirt under the bed. "
