"The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful. We definitely stay there again if we happen to be the area."

"Unhappy that the Jacuzzi hot tub has been out of commissions for over a year yet they still advertise it the pool was freezing cold I understand that it's inside but you couldn't even enjoy . They grab and go breakfast was nice we had dinner at the restaurant that was adequate"

"We got exactly what we wanted. A room with a beautiful view of the River and Bolt castle. The resort was very clean and well staffed. The only problem we had was timing. We got there a week late. Everyone had left and nothing was open. Maybe next year we will visit the castle. Alex bay is a ghost town after October 15."

"Because Hampton Inn is our usual “go to” hotel when we’re on the road, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet in our room and the bathroom floor. Fitness Facility floor could also use a good cleaning Otherwise, standard Hampton Inn quality."

"Pricey but beautiful cottage, clean, spacious"

"Everything was great The continental breakfast need to be improved. They need to have some eggs, and meats"

"The room was clean and well maintained. Both the bar and diner was staff appropiately, with good service and food. I was given a room next to the interstate and every time a truck or big vehicle went by as I thought it was an airplane based on the sound it made. I was too tired and did hear it but it was a short time before I was asleep. The location was convenient as I was going to Fort Drum for a wedding, and the travel time between both places was short."

"Quaint, clean property. Friendly staff. Would stay again."

"Charming! Can’t wait to back."

"The location was good except for a lot of traffic noise."

"Yuck"
