"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Check in was poor no staff around and had to call a number. Not very welcoming. Directed to room. Room was not very clean felt like sand all in the wooden floor and bed, parts fell off the shower. Bathroom was really tight and could hardly move in there. Bed comfy but bed frame rickity and could do with a good tighten up. Smell of cannabis on the top floor from other rooms. Curtains poor and hardly blocked out the light. Carpet on stairs needed a good hoover. No breakfast options. Could hear the room next door on the toilet and coughing very loudly like they were in our room, walls very thin. Check out wasn’t great a lady just took the key off us no how was your stay or goodbye. "
