"The staff were the best thing about this hotel. I had a horrible night where I barely got sleep due to neighboring guest leaving their child in the room and the door had to be opened by the fire dept at 2:30 AM. Also for breakfast, they ran out of potatoes which I was expecting staying at the embassy. ..."
