"Truly satisfied with the hotel. It has been my best holiday stay ever. Love the location, walking distance to Penang’s famous food. Hotel staffs are polite and very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is great. Will definitely come back.

"Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.
The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious
