"Quick overnight stay with easy access from the airport."

"The positives: staff were very nice and helpful, the airport shuttle was fast and efficient and the restaurant and its food were good. The negatives: the rooms are in need of renovation. Our bathroom in particular was in rough shape, eg the knobs on both the sink and shower came off when we used them. Fine for one night while waiting for a flight."

"Shuttle from airport was every half hour & driver nice - our beds were wrong but they were quickly corrected & all was ok. Good buffet for breakfast & dinner. Pool too cold for kids. Hotel was attractive & pleasant"

"The bedding was clean and well-presented, which is always appreciated. However, a few noticeable stains on the carpet near the doorway detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. With some attention to this detail, the overall experience would have been much more positive.The housekeeping phone service was not functioning from the room, which meant I had to go downstairs to reception to request additional towels, as well as an ironing board and iron. "Bar staff were friendly and had excellent customer service. Teeko ( short guy with beard) was fantastic. All staff in the facility were helpful. The rooms , whilst renovated are a bit small and dated. Breakfast buffet lovely"

"Room had the shower in the main room. Beds were small twin beds. There was a large clump of black hair by the sink. I have brown hair and my wife had red. We used the Resteraunt and clearly stated my wife had a severe allergy to onions. She ordered a hamburger that came with onions. They said they would cook another. It did not come with onions but she took 2 bites and started to get sick. She went to the room and threw up. She felt better. Service was way slow and not attentive at all. Overall...

"The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg. "Guy at reception was great, however you have to carry suitcases to the basement, no escalator nor elevator, no shower door, no drinking water in unit, no extra blanket available."
