We hadden ook elke dag een gratis shuttlebus naar het Colosseum en deze werd bestuurd door Federico hij heeft ons met heel veel zorg en veiligheid naar daar gereden en was altijd heel vriendelijk het was zeer leuk om hem te ontmoeten. We hebben een zeer goede ervaring gehad hier!"

"Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! "

"There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. "First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not...

"I wish I could say this property was great. The house itself was nice and the area was not bad at all. However, as soon as we got to the house we were told by Paolo we had to pay a €150 “city tax” mentioned no where on the listing. Additionally, one morning, one of the workers came in to the apartment without knocking as we were sleeping to “clean”, which was jarring and suspicious as we were a group of young girls in a new country. "

"Location is excellent for the price and if you’re looking for something outside the center of Rome. Room was extremely clean and quiet, just what we were looking for. The best part of it was how close the train station was from it. So convenient!. "
