The property I think appears larger in the pictures and the single area in front of the door where you can sit outside could benefit from a few pot plants but the property is beautifully air conditioned, clean and the host was very accommodating and communicative on getting us set up and sorting any queries we had. "The hotel was in the perfect location to the highway and to other small towns in the area. There was a wide variety of foods for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. We could have used a chair in the room rather than have to sit on the beds. The air conditioning was perfect!! We enjoyed our stay."

"Likes: . Very close to a fantastic beach as well as half hour walk to the old town. . A lot to see near the hotel. Dislikes: . Pool was closed as of September, but this is not communicated when booking. One of the reasons i went there was the pool they have and advertised. Not sure why pool was closed if A/C is still running. . Shower temperature fluctuations were extreme. Water would get very hot then very cold. . No draft beer or good tequila in the bar. Bar man did not seem to have much knowledge of drinks. I know it is a wine country, but the availability should be there."

"While our room was very clean, it did have old mold on the shower. This hotel is older, but it probably used to be very grand. One of the things we loved was that it included our own reserved umbrella and beach lounges. It also had a balcony with a beautiful sunset view over the sea. We couldn't get really excited about the breakfast, either, but it was definitely adequate. The small town was quiet and sleepy, not a party place. It was very reasonably priced and a good value."
