"Real place is not beautiful as photo. I didn't feel as expected. This hotel can only see some parts of Taroko national park. The view from room and from rooftop are a little view. I've been to a more beautiful place. The swimming pool and hot jaccuzzi pool are so dirty. We got itchy skin and infected after using it and have to see the doctor at the hospital. Blanket, pillow, cover sheet of bed are not clean. There're some dirty and hair of previous guest. The window in room is so dirty and not...

"位於國家公園內，生態資源豐富，環境清幽，但需自備餐點飲食。"

"Amazing stay and hosts ☺️"

"I spent two nights at this hotel while visiting Taroko park. I would definitely stay again. The hotel and room were very modern, clean, and well furnished. The staff was excellent and super helpful. The breakfast offered a tasty selection of local and non-local fare. The hotel was very close to the entrance of Taroko park and also close to the coast. My room had a great view of the mountains to the north as well as the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hualien and...

"We stayed there for 3 nights. The staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is very good, but it is the same variety every morning. Rooms do not have safe, lotions, storage drawers, enough wall receptacles. For dinner, restaurant is more suitable to Asian than westerners, the style of service is for typical Asians. Dinner foods is is ok, nothing to brag about. If you drive your car, parking is underneath space is pretty."

"Our 21 night stay of RI cycling. Homestay beside the seaside and comes with breakfast. Great hospitality by both the owner couple."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, stylish, and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Hosts are kind and hospitable. They even drove me to pick up dinner when it was raining. If you're visiting Xincheng, this is the place to stay. Stop looking elsewhere. "

"Great property, friendly owner, snacks provided in room, breakfast was good, close walk to beach, lots of turtles in the pond"

"乾淨、 舒適、 有腳踏車可騎逛街晃晃，有洗衣機可洗衣脫水很方便。"

"Clean hostel"

"They gave me the wrong door code for my room; if I hadn't met someone from the same room, I could have been stranded. The lockers don't work. If you turned the actual face of the code part, it would open the door; you didn't need a code. No night lights for navigation, so the room light was on all night. No towels clearly made available - had to grab one from the front desk. No clear place to return them or the slippers. Had to ask someone where to find the slippers in the first place. The...
