"I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. "We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!"

"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"The property was clean and well maintained. The proper management was very kind and helpful. The breakfast provided each morning was a great. The air conditioning was set at a great temperature so o did not have to adjust anything. Would love to stay again. I did not have a charger compatible for my phone and asked management where I could obtain one. Ten minutes later management showed up at my door with 3 different versions. Thanks a lot you saved the day."

"Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"
