"My main complaint was no air conditioning in the lobby and it was very hot and stuffy. There were many people waiting for a room. We all waited in a very uncomfortable lobby area where they were repainting so we had those fumes to deal with too. Cruise ships disembark early in the morning and there were many cruise passengers waiting. The hotel did not check anyone in until 3:00pm. I went upstairs and the maid told me that many rooms were ready much earlier. Why can’t they check in one party at a time as the rooms are cleaned? Especially knowing that their lobby is unbearable. When I was finally given a room, we went upstairs only to find that the room was not ready. On top of that the toilet was not flushing. For the most part, the staff was friendly. The property is old and run down so you get what you pay for. Final complaint, although the airport is only 10 minutes away, the shuttle only leaves once an hour, on the 40 minute mark. Our shuttle driver drove so fast, he sped through 2 yellow lights and hit 2 curbs at a high speed when turning right. Scary ride."

"The airport shuttle should be 24 hrs. And there should be coffee available 24 hrs. Hotel room was overpriced for what you get. "

"Staff was friendly. But that’s about the only thing that went well. First of all the room I had was very outdated and not very clean. The exhaust fan in the shower room was falling out of the ceiling. The tub had a low spot in the middle of it where water collected and had created a stain. Then there were the bugs….thankfully I am ok with killing them but I had a total of 7 medium sized cockroaches in the room. Not to mention even more baby ones. I guess you do get what you pay for. "

"The staff were incredible! Especially Diana at the front desk. It’s such a clean and aesthetic hotel. The pool was perfect and the location couldn’t be any better! I will for sure be back! For sure one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever been to. Oh, and the continental breakfast was so fresh and good too!"

"The carpet in the common areas, such as the stairs and walkway was filthy. Carpet in the room was filthy. The air conditioner would not work. Online I read all these beautiful reviews, which all had to be fake because that place look like a Third World dump. I never thought the France Sheraton would have properties such as this one. I will never blindly look at another Sheraton hotel."

"Poolside cushions worn, underneath sectional empty drink cans, bar /restaurant opened, woman serving was unfriendly, food was good, she was on her phone and eating leaning against the bar, other staff excellent especially front desk woman, room spotless and room very comfortable also appreciated the upgrade. Checked in at 12 was appreciated thank you and we would certainly come back and recommend this hotel "

"Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Michael was very nice when it came to arranging for a shuttle and talking to at the desk. Pool was very nice indoor and outdoor options, large pool and plenty of chairs. Gym was also sufficient and clean."
