The hotel is located just steps away from the Sao Sebastio Metro station and across the street from a large department store, grocery store and food court. We were able to walk downtown from the location. Our host Ana was most wonderful. She gave us lots of helpful advice about how to get a metro card and load it and which stops to take. She was just lovely to talk to and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this small boutique hotel."

"Our recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The air conditioning was non-functional, so we switched to another room. However, the housekeeping staff removed the key, causing the AC to stop working again. We left the key in, but they removed it anyway, leaving our rooms hot and uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping in four different rooms throughout our stay. We understand that they may remove the key to conserve electricity, but they clearly don’t care about their guests’ comfort. Some...
