Amazing hotel and service

Really liked the hotel.. They were quite promt with my requests with things like phone charger. When thing didn't work like the shower they were more than happy to make me switch room. Would stay here again if am back in Lisbon. They have water fountain with lemon and orange slices and mint. Extremely refreshing.

Minha estadia foi excelente do início ao fim. Desde a recepção, fui muito bem atendido, com uma equipe atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar coisa que faz toda diferença. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e confortável, garantindo uma ótima noite de descanso. A estrutura do hotel também é muito boa, tudo funcionando como deve ser, sem dor de cabeça. O café da manhã merece destaque: bem servido, com variedade e qualidade, daquele jeito que a gente já começa o dia satisfeito. No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo para quem busca conforto, bom atendimento e tranquilidade.
