"A beautiful hotel. No front desk, but the instructions sent prior to our arrival were very clear and easy to follow. Lovely room with plenty of amenities including a kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water! Highly recommend!"

"Unique boutique style hotel. We loved our stay. Great attention to detail in the hotel building itself and from all the staff. Right on major bus routes into the Centre (10 minutes) and beyond. Lovely freshly made breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you’ve stayed in an old beautiful authentic Lisbon building and not another faceless 4 star hotel. Good range of local restaurants and cafes with Portuguese and Italian food."

"Excellent accueil. Gens très courtois, avenants et de bons conseils pour les choses à voir et visiter. Excellent petit déjeuner. Un peu bruyant parce que situé sur un boulevard mais en même temps très bien situé. Bouche de métro à quelques pas seulement. Bons restaurants tout autour. J’y retournerais sans hésiter. Très apprécié mon séjour. Merci! 😊"

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Die Zimmer sowie das Hotel sind sehr sauber und der Service sehr gut. Abgesehen davon ist die Anbindung (Ubahn,Bus etc.) ideal, man kommt überall schnell hin. Während meines Aufenthalts hatte ich Geburtstag und das Hotelteam hat mir Sekt und Kuchen ins Zimmer bringen lassen! Dieses Hotel ist sehr zum empfehlen."

"The location is good, you can walk to many areas, but you are NOT in the heart of Lisbon. I used a lot of Buses and Ubers. The apartment is comfortable, and clean, and 15 minutes to the airport. Black out windows and a/c were great. "

"I checked it everything was fine the second night, they locked the Ac I called 3-4 times, no one would come and they would just say they would turn it down on there end. I could not sleep the whole time I was there, I asked for managers yet no one got back to me"

"Will not come here again for the amount of money you pay and it being a 4-5 star hotel there are much better options for instance the hotel text door, first major issue was the check in not only was i provided no information practically i was given horrible directions to parking garage, that was just check in following this the next day after going out and drinking the water from the mini fridge it was not refilled and you would need to pay 30 euros to have them put i belive two waters and some...
