We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch.
The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given...
"About a 30 minute walk to old town. Just close enough to walk and just far enough that it’s quiet, the restaurants are not tourist traps and you can park your car.
Jovanna was wonderful at check-in, explaining everything about the property, how to get to town as well as food and tourist options.
Breakfast and pool area are great. The pool was our safe haven when the cruise ships made old town too busy and the temperatures reached 30+

"Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular. The view from our suite's balcony was gorgeous, and the hotel management truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted - both in the hotel and even outside the hotel with things like getting the very best with restaurants/transportation. I can't recommend this place enough, and we are already talking about going back some day."
"Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. "
"Perfect base for our Montenegro stay. Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town of Kotor and a short taxi or bus ride away from Perast! Also just a few minutes walk down to the coast is the beautiful promenade where the excellent Caffe del Mare restaurant (and a number of others) is located.
Danjela and her son Nikola were so kind and pleasant from the messaging before arrival to the in person welcome when Nikola helped us with our bags. They were always online in WhatsApp for any help we needed...
"Great place to stay, such a nice view from our room. The family were super helpful and answered any questions we had. We wanted to do a boat trip and they sorted it out for us and walked us down to the place. Good communication and would definitely stay again if we were in Kotor! "

"Very comfortable hotel, around 4mins walk from the main gate of the old town. Staff were always very welcoming and helpful, even when we were coming in after midnight. No TV or fridge in the room, but you're not in Kotor to watch TV, and there was a common fridge and coffee machine by reception that you could use 24/7. A great place to use as a base when exploring Kotor and the region. "

"The perfect place to stay just out of kotor! It took 20 minutes to walk into town and the balcony has the perfect view of the town!
Well presented apartment with all you need to self cater, and the pool was lovely - we had it to ourselves (but we did stay in October!)
