Check-in was quick and hassle-free — the receptionist even provided an extra key for my friend who arrived late that night. My only suggestion would be for them to check Expedia messages more regularly. I usually request booking confirmation two weeks in advance to verify everything and avoid any scams. This time, I had to find their email on the hotel’s website to get reconfirmation. There’s also a city tax of 30 CZK per person per night, so for two people staying one night, expect an extra 60 CZK."

"It was a pleasant stay. The staff were as helpful as they needed to be but never offered anything extra. The room was very clean and had great views of the city and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The neighborhood is a bit loud at night as it's in the city center, but it is close to everything."

"The staff were really friendly! I was in the only room on the main floor which was a nice room, but noisy as it was next to the restaurant Next Door, and instead of a real bed it was a murphy bed - would recommend asking for a room on one of the upper floors for this reason! "

Grand bar for winding down at the end of the day with lovely staff, free glass of bubbly to use when suits you. Would 100% recommend and will be staying again on next visit to Prague"
